Dr. Mills loves using her mind, hands, and artistic eye to create beautiful smiles for children, teens, and
adults. Raised in northern California, she moved to San Diego to pursue her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. She majored in Physiology and Neuroscience to earn her Bachelor of Science degree. She graduated from UCSD with honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Soon after, she moved east to attend the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and earning honors in orthodontics. She went on to pursue 3 years of advanced training in orthodontics at the University of Southern California where she earned her Masters in Craniofacial Biology as well as a specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

A board certified orthodontist, Dr. Mills has trained extensively in interceptive orthodontics of young children, the comprehensive treatment of adolescents and adults, Invisalign aligners, and surgical orthodontics. She regularly attends local and national conferences, seminars, and continuing education courses where she works hard to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advances in the field.
In her spare time, Dr. Mills loves to spend time with her husband and children. She and her family enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and exploring the Northeast. She is passionate about food and enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants. Some things that make her smile- her family and friends, a good book, sunshine, and running.
